The challenge: Enable HR professionals to correctly categorize complex and nuanced employee separations and avoid compliance issues and legal risks.
The design: An elearning module incorporating humor and engaging storytelling to transform legal content into memorable learning experiences. The module featured six animated vignettes depicting various employee separation scenarios, followed by an application assessment with realistic, scenario-based questions to test learners' understanding.
My contribution:
Stakeholder Management: Consulted with the client team to understand their needs and objectives. Managed all communication and review cycles throughout the duration of the project.
Project Management: Oversaw the entire project lifecycle, coordinating between teams and ensuring a seamless workflow. Conducted comprehensive QA for all modules, meticulously actioning feedback, which led to a timely and successful launch.
Instructional Design: Led the design and storyboarding process, creating humorous and relatable stories to facilitate better understanding and retention.
eLearning Development: Developed the interactive module.
Multimedia Development: Produced six high-quality animated vignettes that depicting common and complex separation scenarios
